Project Overview This project was part of my UX research and design diploma from the UX Design Institute. It focused on designing a user-friendly web app for booking flights. This case study focuses on the main steps of the UX design process, which includes research, analysis of findings, defining the problem, ideating the solution, designing a mid-fidelity prototype and detailed wireframes to hand over to the developer.
